Harry J.
Founder & Director
Established as one of the most well-connected search professionals within the CRO, CDMO & life sciences space globally, Harry is passionate about constant networking and building long-term relationships across the globe. Harry provides retained searches, projects & contingent assignments to his clients and has enjoyed continued success in supporting organisations enter into new markets, particularly Asian firms who are looking to add a footprint in Europe and/or North America. Harry has also worked alongside PE/VC firms in supporting their portfolio companies. Predominantly focused on the small molecule space, his work covers areas such as API's, dosage forms, peptides, oligonucleotides, nutraceuticals, cosmetics & chemicals. Harry also has experience within large molecule areas including biologics, vaccines, and cell & gene therapy. Most of his appointments are within the commercial arena (business development, sales, marketing & project management), although Harry also operates on a broader scale, with work across C-Suite, R&D and operations. Harry is focused on driving our commercial growth and strategy, seeking to deliver best-in-class executive search services whilst continually expanding KinetiQ's client base.
James H.
Founder & Director
Experienced in the CDMO space, James specialises in providing top-tier talent to executive-level commercial and operational roles, predominantly in Europe and North America. His passion lies in identifying and building relationships with the people who shape the future of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring that his clients are well-equipped with the expertise they need to excel in a competitive market. James is well versed in areas including , nutraceuticals, peptides, API's, dosage forms, sterile injectables and oligonucleotides. Through a deep understanding of the intricacies in the CDMO world, James leverages his extensive network and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional candidates who drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. James has a proven track record of success with different size organisations in both emerging and established markets and has worked alongside various financial organisations investing into CDMO's. James is passionate about creating value for both his clients and candidates, as well as contributing towards the commercial growth and strategy at KinetiQ.
Ollie M.
Founder & Managing Director
An experienced biotech search professional, Ollie's work has focused particularly on the large molecule CDMO industry, featuring extensive work with organisations producing biologics, biosimilars, vaccines, nucleic acids and advanced therapies. In addition, Ollie also has some small molecule experience, mostly within the sterile drug product space. With a strong track record in the C-level space, along with commercial and operational appointments mainly across Europe & North America, Ollie has worked with numerous clients to bolster their leadership teams and provided key hires across different functions. Through continually prioritising sustainability and his long-term approach to relationships, Ollie maintains an extremely high retention rate on appointments, and a high client retention rate. Ollie also possesses strong experience in working alongside private equity firms to consult & advise on hiring strategy, and then delivering successful candidates into start-ups and new markets. At KinetiQ, Ollie's duties involve running the day-to-day operations of the firm, providing strategic direction and continued client & candidate work.
