Why pick Contingent?
Candidates will be introduced ad-hoc. The entire process will be managed from start to finish including screening, interview feedback, general process management, offers and counteroffers. Usually, a preferred option for clients who are using multiple search channels to fill a vacancy.
Part of fee to be paid upfront to commence the search and prioritise resources towards the client.
Candidates will be introduced in a shortlist format during an agreed timeframe (unless the client specifies otherwise).

The entire process will be managed from start to finish including screening, interview feedback, general process management, offers and counteroffers. Weekly calls with client to discuss the search also included. Usually, a preferred option for clients who wish to commit to one search partner to fill a vacancy. Upfront retained payments can be dedicated towards future search fees if vacancy is not filled in some circumstances.
